Think we’re a good fit? The next step is signing an Agreement & paying my Travel Planning Fee, and then I’ll begin designing your custom-crafted itinerary. I’ll share your proposed itinerary with you, and then incorporate your feedback via up to three revisions to ensure this is your dream vacation.

With your itinerary in place, I’ll then secure all of your travel bookings, including your hotels/resorts, transfers, tours, special experiences, and more. My goal is to stitch your entire trip together neatly and logically—so everything unfurls seamlessly for you the moment you step foot on the plane!

All that’s left now? Packing your bags! I’ll be in touch leading up to your trip to share more travel + destination insights and ensure you feel fully prepared for departure. While you travel, rest assured you have help if you need it—from myself and my in-destination partners.

My Travel Planning Fee will be due in full before I begin planning your trip; this fee covers my time deeply researching your options, custom-crafting your itinerary, consulting with my exclusive travel partners, and providing support before and during your travels.
My Travel Planning Fee differs depending on the complexity of the trip, number of guests, and other logistical factors, and starts at $999 for a 7-night custom itinerary for up to 2 guests. After you send in the trip inquiry form, you will receive a Welcome Guide to read about my fees and packaged services, and I’ll confirm my fee with you during our complimentary consult!

Nope! I primarily work with moms, who are way too busy to plan the trips they’re yearning for themselves. That may look like a family getaway, or it may be a just-for-two escape with their spouse, a long-weekend trip with their girlfriends, a special trip that coincides with an event they want to attend, etc. You can learn more about the types of trips I specialize in designing right here.
Do you only plan family trips?
Sometimes, all my clients need help with is a (luxe!) hotel booking—I’m happy to offer complimentary hotel-only bookings, so you can take advantage of special perks and amenities I can often pass on due to my industry affiliations. Please email hotels@epsignaturetravel.com with your desired hotel name, dates, number of rooms and preferred room category.
